400watt solar storm test with two 200 watt full cycle flares

Postby ledloops » Fri Mar 15, 2013 11:33 pm

had received my storm two weeks back but had been sick so was unable to put it up I was using one 250 hps with two flares as primary lighting was shooting for the fullest of spectrum took out the hps from my 4 by 4 by six and replaced it with the storm two days ago looking awesome something I have noticed switching to only led that I noticed in veg that the growth shoots are a lighter color like if it had a issue but out side of the led looks fine maybe a slight difrence but not much also have noticed the leaves have more of a gloss that I have never had before not sure if its the lights or other factors things are looking awesome so far look forward to seeing how the uvb effects flower of witch I am in the first week would be interesting to see the change from using the hps to create the UV

Welcome to the forums!

At least, now, with one SS400w and two SF200w lights you'll be closer to what you need for good flowering power than you were. I'm a little concerned about the shape vs the lights you have but you do have a few more watts now.

I wish you had started a new grow with the new lights because now you have no idea how much the LED vs HID contributed or hindered your results...

Pictures?

How about more details on your grow? Soil/Hydro/strains/temps/nutes/etc?

I can certainly understand being sick but it's actually less work to attach a few pictures than it is to write the frequent posts.

Just something to think about... ;)

I thought you meant state as in condition.

FYI: your state has no way to track you here nor would they bother for a 4x4 grow...

Next? ;)

Postby ledloops » Sat Mar 30, 2013 12:12 am

sorry for the time lol but this one will be worth it so there are four one ams and three unknown that were nid picked of 20 seedings had 7 found males removed them left with three sexy ladys and the four we already know lol they are in three gallon root makers running general o full line with cool bloom to spike also use great white for my bens and derma
one has been pissed from crack but growth kept up with the pack so she stayed and even know she is pissed she doesnt like th be over watered and dont thinke she digs the uvb but her flower production is at par with the others resin prduction slightly lacking but moved closer to fan and the lights up a tad for others were showing slight signs of bleaching and also know these lights will work great sightly higher then most leds going to dry out the problem child flush then heavy feed they are in there fourth week starting 5 early next week

my thoughts on indoor prop are changing will be running some nut tests in future runs lol calculated runs of course

I merged your two threads together, please don't make a new topic for each update. You might also want a spell check app for your phone, assuming that's where you post from. Punctuation is also free. ;)
