I wouldn't bother trying to build one for several reasons outlined in the threads above.

Typically, you don't pick a light based on the number of plants; you pick a light based on the size of the grow area or a grow area based on the size of the light.
There are a number of smaller LED lights out there in the 100w or less range.

I wouldn't even bother trying with an area that small. You don't have enough headroom even if the length and depth were bigger. You might be able to grow some wheat-grass, herbs or algae in an area that small but something tells me that's not the crop that you're interested in and THAT crop needs more space.

Ok I know its super small but check out this video... ... I wanna do something like this but with out those cfl bulbs.... I see a lot of ppl doing this but not really any that used LED and thats what I'm trying to do. I've never grown before and am looking to just do it for the love and knowledge of growing to get a hang for it so yeah.... If you can help me I'm all ears! lol

I know people have done it in PC cases (usually children trying to hide a grow from their parents) but it's not worth the trouble or expense. As I said, I wouldn't bother...
