There are three leaves that show browning of the tips on the big plant (left) which goes back to very early in the grow (20 days+ ago) and the plant just never repaired the damage on those leaves.
The top growth started to claw up, but that's because the pant grew 10 inches and I never raised the light to compensate for this, which I corrected today.
Is it too soon to add the second SS400? Aka will I be wasting electricity or can the plants use it?
Do the leaves in the picture look like the ones that died/got trimmed, but more advanced of course, or did it look different?
You probably don't need to add the second light until the footprint of the SCROG is bigger than the footprint of the single light but if you wanted you could try it and see how they respond. If you think it's too bushy you should be training the branches/top cola to point to separate sections of screen. Two might be a bit much for such small plants now, imho, but part of experimenting is trying things. How tall are they now?

Plant #2 has almost caught up with plant #1 in growth.
Successful fimming?
Early nute burn (around day 10-13) that was never resolved. This is the only leaf on the plant that is significantly damaged, so I presume this is not a problem for the future health of the plant.
The stalk has grown to be strong. You can see the little leaf on the right that is wilting? The ones I removed yesterday were identical to that, but more degraded in appearance or in one case, completely dry and dead.
This is what happens when you do not premix your myco powder in a jug before putting it in your res. I just dumped a few tablespoons worth in the res... made a mess. Not sure if I should wash it off. It certainly didn't hurt the plant, if anything it helped boost growth.
IMO you want water and nutrients to have free access to your roots. The slime might be causing the secondary shoots off of your main roots to stay short and chunky like that too...
Why are you FIMming again? I end up removing handfuls of branches from my scrog plants during the training process, and the last thing I'd want is to grow a bunch of branches from the same node. YMMV.
I'm with beefxer on that one, I'd rinse them too...
I'm not sure that he's fimming again, I think he's showing the result of the last fim-job although it's hard to tell from that picture. I'm not sure he started training yet, either, they still look like little bushes to me.

There is some debate, some say no, some say a couple of days on 9-12 week strains and some say 1 week on an 8 week strain. I'm more in the "not much if at all" camp. It will help yield if you feed them enough, give them enough light and raise the temps a little.
