I don't know what it is with these people that design nifty products but can't be bothered to hire someone to run their PR (or run it themselves).

Screen is filled to 30%, I expect to flip to 12/12 within a week. Is 7 weeks of vegging from seed long? Sure felt like it.
It's worse when I know I have about 90 days of flower ahead of me. I didn't think about flowering time at all when picking my strain. For my first grow, it sure is a nice test of patience. And to think some local strains flower in 42 days... lol
Hopefully the results will be worth all this wait.
Oh, pH has been at 5.8 ever since the res cleaning, so it seems this handled that problem.

7 weeks isn't outrageous. If you want less veg time put more plants under the screen, next time, so it fills up faster...

I wanted to, but since I am limited in the number of plants I can grow, it didn't seem efficient to grow a 3rd or 4th plant just to save 2 weeks of vegging.
I've ordered parts to build an aeroponic system to act as cloner/vegging space.

Yep, growing from seed takes forever. I have some Sour Kush seedlings that are taking their sweet time. I much prefer in-house cloning.

If I were to run a vegging tent and transferred the plants into a flower tent for the last 1-2 weeks of vegging (time it takes to fill the screen), what kind of lights do you recommend running in a vegging tent?

How big is the tent? How many plants are you planning on putting in it? How tall are you planning on letting the vegging plants get before moving them? Are you going to be pre-training via LST either during or after?
