A little about myself I have grown outside in the past (1972) and indoors (1977) and now I am doing a hydro grow for the first time. I have vegetable gardens every season for over 30 years and now I am growing for medical reasons. I will post updates each week as the grow progresses. Stat tuned !!
I have changed from a hydro grow to a soil grow due to DWC problems. I have some white widows and liberty haze growing the light seems to be working great I was wondering how old the seedlings should be before I lower the light to 18 "?
You can try moving it down a couple of inches every other day and see how they respond.
Why are there two in one cup?

I was unable to keep the environment at the proper temp. I got slime in my bucket and being impatient I changed to soil. So until I can isolate the bucket from the room temp better I decided to go soil for now and work on getting the right set up for hydro on the next go around. As far as the extra seedling I started four more seeds thinking the original wouldn't be viable so they all popped and now I have 8 seedlings to grow I only have 7 pots for trans plant so I stuck two White Widows together. I think I gonna need another light soon!!!
Nutrient temp control is important for most hydroponics.
One of those 2 will die if you don't separate them early. Killing one is better than overcrowding.
