i agree with SME. too hot on the nutes for such young plants i would think.
i'm no soil expert, but i'd try to replant them in a better pH'd soil and just use plain water and maybe add some superthrive if you have it.
i always try to bring things back from the dead. why bother just ripping them out? you can get some practice of what works to revive them. if they die anyway, at least you tried.
can you get your RH up to 70 or 80%? that might help too.
Thanks for the quick response guys. So, this grow was a surprise for me, and I didn't get to plan it out too well. They are in Fox Farms Happy Frog, which has Low PH...it works well from seed, but I think you both are correct about it being too hot for some of them. Just weird how 2 clones and the seedling are thriving in it, while the other 3 clones are stunted so badly...
PH coming out is 6.3, with a PH of 7.2 going in...I will throw the humidifier on to get the RH up...
I do like the challenge of trying to fix them, so I will use superthrive and I will replant them in some generic potting soil...my local stores are closed for the winter so I am very limited in what I can get other than from HD...
I guess my challenge/question is do I keep these special project girls in the same room, and slow the healthy girls down by topping them once or twice, or should I create a second grow location under some T8's or T5's for the weaklings...trying to equalize them for the eventual turn to 12/12...is it possible?
I don't know if I'd go 70-80% for very long though, you don't want to invite powdery mildew or other problems.
With that pH range, it was just a matter of time until they all showed signs of problems, imho.
I'd leave them where they are until you see if they're going to make it or not. You can top/fim/prune/LST the bigger ones to let the others catch up while you're trying to save the others.
YMMV...

Hey all, time for my weekly update. Day 28. PH out is finally 6.5, temps steady at 75, and RH at 40-45...
The LA Confidential #1 and the Northern Light * Skunk have taken off nicely. I transplanted them yesterday into a mix of Fox Farms Ocean Forest and Fox Farms Happy Frog. I added dolemite lime into the mix to help raise/stabilize the PH a bit, and added in a quarter teaspoon per gallon of water of the Superthrive.

My own creation, "Blue Rhino" is growing a bit slowly, but nicely.

The LA Con #2 is coming back from near death, and looks like I will be able to get her to grow!!

Liberty Haze is still unhappy, but I see some new growth finally, so she may be coming back...

La Con #3 is still looking pretty unhappy...she may not make it...but I'm still trying.

I have decided to top the two biggest plants to keep them shorter, and let the rest of the garden catch up a bit.

I think superthrive is supposed to be 1 or 2 drops per gallon but, other than that, you just have to give them time to recover and feed them as needed. The pH is 1/2 the battle.

Thanks SME...they are all looking pretty good tonight (except for the LA #3)...so I reread the Superthrive packaging..it is indeed 1-2 drops per gallon, but it said to add 1/2 teaspoon during transplanting to help fight shock...everything looks ok so far...what would it look like if I added too much?
Quick question...and of course I don't have pictures now, but...I went to trim the two big girls tonight, and stopped because I noticed that on both of them, they are showing early pre-flowers already! I've never seen this before flipping to 12/12...they have been on 24/0 for 31 days now..
Ahhh, it's been a LONG time since I did soil so I forgot about the transplant dosage.
Yes, perfectly normal. Older plants often show preflowers if they veg long enough, it's just a sign that they're sexually mature.

Nice reference! As a former hitch hiker, I have always been a fan of Zaphod Beeblebrox myself....I never leave home without my travel towel... the movie did the book no justice, no slam to Mos Def!
That was a fun text based PC game by Infocom too. Poor Marvin the paranoid android.
OK, time for no tea and a babelfish...

They are beginning to look ok. I think they will all make it, I do like super thrive.
My Q2 vegged for about 12 weeks and was so ready to go 12/12. Q2D was only 6 weeks in veg and did not do as well as I expected. I had soil pH problems that whole grow.
I have made my first cuts on the 3 new ladies (?), will be tieing them down this evening or in the morning. Their roots have reached the reservoir and I am seeing a burst of growth. Hopefully I will find me a new laptop soon so i can edit and post some pictures.
