LED Lights for small spaces

I am looking for a well built, user friendly, USA made LED Grow Light for a small space that is 4 feet tall, 32 inches wide and 4 feet long. I know that more light is best, but what would you recomend? Thanks

That's not the best grow room size/shape in the world, are you stuck with that or do you have other options?
How do you plan to use the light; veg, flower, both or other?
