You have a 70 gal reservoir, you don't have to top off daily either...

More or less, yes. After the nutrient level drops a bit you can top off and add back based on how much you put back in but give a few days at least. Keep an eye on the health of the plants and respond accordingly.

yep to all SME said.

as a guess, maybe the plant needed to use a bit more water than nutes at some point during lights on which caused the slight spike up in PPM.

If I were you, I'd maybe shoot for when your level drops 5 gallons. then do the addback.

SME, agree? that would probably be a few days at least. if not, maybe 10 gallons.

sometimes you just have to kick back and watch the paint dry!

Well maybe that is one factor that affected me.... Today my son wrecked my truck...got him checked at ER and he is ok, but my truck is *'d.... He is still alive cuz he wasn't at fault...lol

But because of that neither of us were here to tend to temps and they did climb higher than I would have allowed(I kick the fans up and open the door at 84, plus still waiting for my automatic ventilation equip to arrive!) Ambient got to 87... :o What affect would that have on all this....I think some??

Today has not been the best of days.....

But.....

Still Happy

glad to hear son OK.

87 is no problem. if you said 97 then maybe. if it was 87 for a few days then a slight maybe.

no worries, mate.

I did a quick inspection but don't have enough time to post pics until later today.

For the most part, things are looking pretty good! A lot of pretty little buds forming! All over the place!!

PPM has dropped to 1240, ph still 5.8, ambient is being watched today, being held between 82-84! Chiller is still doing its job.

But what has me wondering.....everything is looking pretty good except only the largest fan leaves, on the biggest plants are showing some spots!! I don't see anything wrong with recent growth or new growth....but the biggest of fan leaves are causing concern with their spotting....

I know it will be easier with pics and I will get them posted as soon as I get back home!!

Happy
