Ok. I work on scrubber and fan first and then ac. My tent is only 36"x20" so wouldn't a 4 " inline be good enough to exhaust scrubber out. Currently fan is outside tent.. Would it be better to be closer to scrubber. Gonna see how that works. Any recommendations on best inline fans as mine is loud then we c about ac

Yes, a 4" would work but a 6" isn't much more expensive and it will leave room for expansion, later, if you want. If you add a fan speed controller (either cheap or a good one with a lot of features) then you can slow down the 6" fan and make it quieter than the 4" at full speed and still move more air. Pros and cons...
