If it's nute-burn you might have to cut back a bit...keep an eye on them.

About a week ago I added 10 drops of superthrive...ph dropped to 5.2 over night so I adjusted the ph up and it took 1 mil per gal. Ph is now stable at 5.8 I have added back 6 gal of RO water to the res in a few days I will flush with florakleen over night and refill with Phed nutes for the start of flowering. I have noticed some red striping on some of the stem underneath the canopy I hope that this will rectify some of the stripes.
SME, could this be because my nutes are to strong?
It is hard to get a picture as it is in the undergrowth area.
Anyways continuing on. The plants have been in total darkness for approximately 24 hours.today I opened the door and the tflowering cycle has begun. Both the HS 1 and HS 2 have sprouted female pre flowers. That was really quick and in the dark they also seem to have grown about an inch in height. I moved the light back to about 16 inches to accommodate the new canopy's foot print. Since the other two plants were feminized seeds, I suppose that means I have four female plants in my EG, the mother plant to the two HS plants was a feminized skywalker og kush seed maybe those genes stayed in these two phenos. I hope that I can get a male plant to cross breed this plant with as well or find a way to make her make seeds would be even better my clones have still not rooted.
Room temp was 60 when I opened the door it is now 73 and rising R/H: was 50 now 37 Res temp: was 60 now 62 Ph: was 5.8 now 5.8 Canopy height : was 10- 11" now 10-12"
I have not switched from veg to flower on the ss400 yet. Although the uv lights are still on.
I'd stop the superthrive after flowers appear, it's better for veg than flower but I doubt it would hurt anything either.
The purple/red stripe are usually indicative of a phosphorus deficiency if pH and everything else is OK, assuming it's not a purple-y strain to begin with. However, I also see rust colored spots in the top pic and that's often a magnesium def. Either you need to change your nutrients more often or add a little calmag or epsom salts maybe. The stripes may never go away once they're striped but watch the new growth.
You can take more clones to try again or you can pollinate with a male, if you have one. You CAN self-pollinate a female plant but it requires a lot of stress and/or chemicals and a little breeding knowledge. If you use chemicals I wouldn't smoke any of that crop, it would be just for seeds. If you use light stress to make a hermie you still hurt yield and potency for that crop...but you will have seeds.

Back again, have been swamped with school family and being sick the last few weeks, I am now well into flowering about 3 weeks.
I have started to notice, a lot of older fan leaves falling off and as I pick them up I brushed against other leaves and they just fell right off . Is this normal I don't remember any of my other plants losing this many leaves the last grows. It looks like necrosis of the lower part of the plants I also have some leaf cupping on the ultra sour but it seems kinda minor. Nutes are the same 7-14 my temps have gotten very low a few time around 58 over night and I had the res over temp one day last week to almost 80
Plants will naturally drop leaves that they they no longer need. Sometimes it can be a sign of other problems or sometimes it's just natural. I wouldn't worry about slight fluctuations either.
Pictures help.

How often are you changing out your nutrients? They look like they're getting crowded; make sure that you have plenty of air circulation in there and keep an eye on the basics.

Next time you change out the nutrients take a good pic of the roots in normal lighting. Do you use any beneficials in the res? Mycorrhizae, worm casting tea, anything? In the meantime try adding a tbsp of 35% hydrogen peroxide to the res just in case.
