Update on leaf curl from 11/14 and the flush on 11/15.

All is well here now, will take some pictures when I take them out of the cabinet tomorrow to water. Q2 could probably use some water today but will not hurt to wait till in the morning to give them a good water/feed. Feeding will be low ppm and very low N.

I can't believe the amount of Trichomes on this bitch. Got a feeling she is going to be a good one.

Peace out,

GR

Day 24 of 12/12

The ladies are doing ok,did the major flush this week then fed them on 11/17 with 450 ppm and on 11/19 with 730 ppm, very low N.

Buds are really beginning to plump and I cannot believe the amount of Trichomes on these ladies with them being so young.

Just a few pics for today.

No pictures of Q2's daughter, when I am in the cabinet Q2 is so lovely I sort of forget about her daughter.

I have two questions with pictures.

I think this is due to me trying to increase the nutes last week to 1300 plus, I am back now down to 700.

Bit of burn.jpg
I believe this is caused by the 1300 ppm nutes I gave them last week, that has been corrected. Only 6 or 7 leaves are showing this.

Could this be related to the increased nutes. I am only in day 24 of 12/12 and I don't thing the pistils should be turning this soon. Is this a burn also.

Not that good of a picture but you may see what I am seeing.

Need some opinions, not that I can do a lot now but info would ease this worried mind.

Yeah the top one does look like a bit too much N so maybe you pushed it a little, see how they recover...

Don't worry about the bottom one... ;)

Lookin great there GR!

Q2 is a thing of beauty...As we have discussed, I am considering a minor mainlining grow this next time around. Is the canopy still a bit uneven in development? I think you mentioned it a couple of weeks ago... It still looks a little like the back half is growing a bit more robust/taller than the front is...is this true, or is it just the angle of the picture?

You must be totally psyched to see them developing...this is one of my favorite times during the grow as the flowers develop!

Continued luck my friend!

Day 29 of 12/12

Not a lot to report, plants recovered from the over feeding, burn/leaf claw.
Have been watering/feeding every other day, Q2 is drinking more than her daughter.

The smell when I open the cabinet is amazing, sweet, almost too sweet. It lingers in the garage for quite a while after I close the cabinet back up.

Here are a few pictures!

Curt, yes it is not an even canopy, that is due to the problems I had when shaping them. Broken branches when trying to tie her up, mechanical damage. So what you are seeing is 6 of the larger mains and three smaller mains which happen to be in the same are. That is what you notice as an uneven canopy.
As you have said and all of us have said it also, this was a good learning experience and the next ones will be better. Going to be doing the next grow in Hempy buckets and mainlined. I am thinking of trying a plant in my garden this coming summer. If I do I may try the Fluxing Technology and see how that goes.

RKY,

They say 55 to 60 days I am on day 30. I thinks I mights have a real bitch on my hands. If she keeps going like she is she will be more than ever expected.
The fragrance in the cabinet is very sweet, almost too sweet. Like being in a candy factory. LOL

Thanks Bud,

Day 35 of 12/12!

Well yesterdays water/feeding (w/f) went well, both mother and daughter are drinking about a gallon every two days and they are very dry when I check them prior to w/f. I am wondering if I should not water/feed them one morning and then again the next afternoon. That would be about 1.5 days between w/f and I don't think I would be over watering.
They just seem to be standing still in growth. They are both in 3 gallon Smart Pots. I started the seed for Q2 on July 26th and they have been in Smart Pots since mid August, and though they say you can't root bound in Smart Pots I wonder is that is the case. As quick as they drink I am wondering if she is not drinking within 24 hours. Now her daughter is a different story, that clone was taken in 9/20 and put into flower on 10/28, so I don't think she is root bound and she has surpassed Q2 in height. I have actually bend her single cola almost double to get the light to more of the bud sites. Here are the latest pictures.

The feeding setup,
white bucket = nutes GH combo @ 685ppm, pH 6.48
Black bucket w/ top screen, where I place the plant to top w/f, I use 18 oz. cup to w/f and at 7 cups I get runoff out the bottom.
Orange bucket, after w/f and get runoff I place it on the screen on the orange bucket to let drain until I finish w/f the second plant to keep from getting any runoff in my cabinet.
