Sorry Hb,

I put it on the first post today but only allowed 10 pics so I did another reply and forgot to put that on there.

Today is day 42, start of week 7!

Sorry again,

Keep on keeping on... ;)

For the group,

I have the new seedlings under CFL's, can you put the seedlings under the SS400 for 12 hrs a day in the bloom mode and move them back under the CFL's for the remaining 12 hours of the day.

Has anyone tried this?

good question. haven't tried it. i wonder if the bloom would be too much red vs blue for the seedlings? or would it matter because they are so young? i don't know if the uv might be too much for them either. but i would think they would grow faster under the LED even for part of the day.

they are looking nice and frosty. what strain(s) are you doing?

Rocky,

The ones pictured are both TGA Subcool Querkle.

My babies are 3 Nirvana Ace, and one White Widow, not sure where John got those seeds.

Ok I am about 11 days out from the date given by the breeder. The are looking ok, not bulking up like I had hoped but got very tight buds.
My buddy from NM will be here right before Christmas, on the 23rd, and I would like for us to sample Q2. I was thinking of cutting a couple of buds for him and I to try, well my G/F will want some also, but what the heck. LOL

So I am thinking of cutting some on Saturday and dry for the remaining time. How would y'all do it. I am thinking cutting, hanging to dry but don't think a single shoot off the main will take that long to dry. So let's say it's 5 days, then put it in a jar and breath it daily till John gets here. What do y'all think.

I don't think I will be ready by the proposed day of harvest but well shall see.

go for it! enjoy your hard work

4 or 5 days to dry and a week to get it cured enough to smoke sounds right. burp the jars ALOT. won't be as good as the finished product but who cares.

don't forget to send us all a holiday bud this year!
