After all is said and done, the dry weight of the harvest is:
Hid Lighting 8.2 ounces [3 plants]
LED Lighting 7.1 ounces [3 plants]

There's a saying; "One personal experience does not buttress a theoretical idea". Meaning, 1 grow isn't a final answer to any of the questions one may have. I will be growing more crops in the future and adding them to this forum. Next up: Cannatonic from Resin Seeds.

I would like to add a wish-list to the manufacturers of these fine LED arrays:

Nothing on this wish-list would sway me from buying another SS. Just some friendly input.
It would be great to have the control panel and the power outlet to the power cord on opposite sides. That way I can access the switches more easily, right in front, and the power cord, on the opposite side, in the back, won't have to go from the front, up out of the way, then to the wall, then down the wall to the outlet. Which brings me to the next wish.

I'd like to have the power cord be at least 12 feet long. If one is connecting their power cord to an outlet on the ceiling, then this isn't an issue. But to go from 4 to 6 feet off the ground, then up, out of the way, then to the wall, down the wall, then to an outlet, the extra 6 feet could come in handy.

I'm really impressed by California Lightworks LED arrays, so much in fact that I bought a second SolarStorm [pictures and grow on my next thread - "Cannatonic under Twin SolarStorms"]. It's crazy how efficient these are.

Thank you G. and C. L. for a great product! Not to mention the compassionate pricing on all repairs if necessary. See you at the next thread.

Nice Job T-bone! Excellent results! You'll have to let us know if the smoke between the 2 is any different. Peace. h

Thanks Hemi-V :) I wanted to have them tested but money just became a bit tight. Hopefully the smoke will tell the story. How have you been?

Hey, thanks for the updates! You only averaged around.3 grams per watt but that could be a number of factors. I bet you do better on you next one. :D

Can't wait for the post-cure taste test report. ;)

Disclaimer:
I still use HID and I'm NOT an LED expert. All of my LED knowledge is from other parties or research so I can't say from first hand experience one way or another. I also run a medical grow consulting business in SoCal.
