I think 1 week after topping is enough...if they go herm or they're all male, due to stress, then you probably don't want to grow those genetics anyway... ;)

I still use HID and I'm NOT an LED expert. All of my LED knowledge is from other parties or research so I can't say from first hand experience one way or another. I also run a medical grow consulting business in SoCal.

Here are a few pics of the plants after 2 weeks of Solar Storm. They were looking sick after the mites and ozone treatment. Solor Storm sure Brought them back to life!
