I call bullshit. 
The side of the LED plants are even reaching towards the HPS side of the room.
He give no info on yield, just a made up 19% number with nothing to back it up.
He shows live plants with no dried flowers.
I say Magnum is trying to sell lights...

Let's do the math for the gullible:
Since the magnum sales guy says its a "commercial grow" Let's assume that the HID side got 1g/w.
2163w + 19% (more that the LED supposedly got) = 2574g
(2574g = 88.75 ounces = 5.55 pounds.)
2163g / 2163w HID = 1g/w
2574g / 660w LED = 3.9g/w
If ANYONE buys this, I have a bridge for sale.
