Hell yea! I frequent other forums and they bad mouth it. It just seems more logical to do it and faster. I could care less about bag appeal as I grow for personal use only and will be grinding the dam thing up anyhow. Any tips?

My jest of it is 7 days submerged, change water everyday. Then place in dehydrator...which I have till dry.

Do you nute right up to harvest if your water curing? Do you flush? I would imagine you wouldnt have do water curing.

Personally I only flush the day before harvest but I grow using hydroponics. I drain out the nutrients (saved for the landscaping and garden) and add plain tap water for the last day. It also makes clean up easier.

That's basically it. I half-dry it first, then it gets submerged for about 7 days, gently changing out the water AT LEAST every day, more often is better, especially in the early stage. I like the water to be cool too but that's not always easy without a stream, lake or river handy, if you use municipal water and pay for it by the gallon then drain to waste can get expensive and it's not really needed. If the water does get warm, in the summer, I just change it more often. After the cure is done, let it dry out again and package it up for storage or whatever. I use tap water for the start and switch to distilled or RO water for the last day.

I've done shorter cures of 3-4 days and some strains are fine, other might need 7-10. It was "booboy" at the old Overgrow forums that turned me on to it. It's not as pretty but it's nice and it has an earthy taste that I enjoy. I agree, I care less about the looks, it's the performance and taste that matters.

Bubble bags make a good container for water curing because it'll catch the trichomes that could fall off when changing the water but that only works in smaller batches unless you have a lot of bags. Don't be rough with it while changing water either, be nice. ;)

Oh, don't use a food dehydrator either, heat is bad for the quality. I use a dehumidifier in the drying room but I don't keep it hot in there.

Ok. Going to just two plants that way to see. 1 OG, 1 Wappa. Rest air drying.

Girls are doing good growing big. The one in the small pot is 20 inches, others are 20 and like 19. They are looking great!

I continue to be impressed with airpots. That smaller pot is a .8 gallon airpot and its 22 inches right now and only about 21/2 weeks in flowering. Its taller actually then the 2 in the 2 gallon airpots. If your not using them and growing in soil your doing yourself a disservice.

I think a person could pack as many of the large airpots as they could fit in a room and have a nice SOG grow. Maybe even the smaller ones depending on how tall they got before flowering. ;)

I really like those top-down shots...

Heres a pic of whats inside my other tent. Been to lazy to start another grow journal for that on here. I will though eventually. Got 4 Autos going. 2 Paradise Seeds Wappa Auto, 1 Dutch Passion Think Different Auto, 1 Dinafem Fruit Auto.

I am very excited about the Think Different Autos. The grow journals on that plant have been amazing. Very high yielding "Super-Auto". A couple grows 200-400g dry!. I doubt mine will ever get that big but should prove a nice harvest if they make it. They been growing for a week now. Fast little suckers!

There growing under my Solarflare Full Spectrum. So far happy with the light. Temps are easy to manage and its perfect for a small grow. Somehow though I dont think they will be finishing in there and I will have to move them into my bigger tent. For some odd reason when I use small pots..plants turn out big. If I use larger pots they are smaller. My OG Kush is a example of that. The smaller .8 gallon one is now about 2 inches taller then the ones in the 2 gallon ones. Oh well.

If you put a plant in a smaller pot it will fill out the roots faster than if you put it in a larger pot, that's why most soil growers transplant from smaller to larger pots as they grow. I don't know why that is, but it seems to be the case.

YMMV...
