Got the exhaust manifold built and installed.

Will post pictures later.

Input was very easy.

All parts were "off the shelf" Home Depot.

What a difference!

I had temps of over 100 deg F.

Now, a steady 80, which is lower then what I had with my 600 watt HPS.

20 degree reduction; good job, man. Pictures and a parts list will help others that may want to use your design.

This was mandatory for my chamber.

I am just glad I had the room for the ducting.

All it took was a pair of tin snips and metal tape.

Kind of reminds me of the movie,"Brazil".

Here is a picture of the exhaust duct (two req, a right and a left) with a 2" x 17" rectangular opening to mate to the exhaust vent.

The flange is to mount double sided tape so it will stick to the fixture while I metal taped it.

Here is the final assembly.

The input "collector" is a "register" that has a 6" to a 4" x 16" rectangular opening that fits perfect (almost like it was planned!) over the two fans.

Chamber temp is back down into the range I had before.

This would have been a showstopper if I hadn't been able to vent the fixture.

Looking forward now to getting some good growing.

Nice! So how small of a grow area would that fit in as modified? What are the new dimensions?

The exhaust manifolds add 4" to each side (width) for a total overall width of 26".

The added length from the exhaust is less then 6" and not a problem in my chamber which is 32"(d) x 48"(l) x 82"(h).

The collector for the input might have reduced my height, but the "V" hooks and ratchet pulleys almost make it a wash.

Yes, I only asked so people with small tents will know if this would fit, obviously it fits in your grow area. ;)

If I had a tent, I would be concerned about the weight also.

I can see a tent collapse.........

OK, just over a week in operation and here are before and after pics of the clones.

They didn't do anything for a couple of days (probably in shock), then they went apeshit and started growing more like vines then the classic "Xmas" tree style.

One plant has sent out a 1 foot runner!

Those seem a little big to still be calling clones even though they were cloned from another plant. I'd call those plants. ;)

I do see evidence of nutrient burn and all that stretching appears to be from not enough light. WW should be more bushy. What kind of light were they under while you were fixing the SS?
