Things are going well. Pretty impressed with this light. I found a little bit of nute burn. I'm probably going to stay away from feeding it anything until flower. Also found some minor cal/mag def. I'm using tap water. PH is 6.0-6.5. I'll probably just leave it for now, maybe just give them less water.

Looking healthy! How long are you going to veg them?

From the pics it looks like you might want to move your lights down a bit.

Keep it up! :D

Sup beefxer, thanks for following. The light is about 22 inch away. Slowly but surely I'm lowering it. So by the end of next week ill try to keep it around 18". Especially since the weather is FINALLY cooling off.
As for vegging, I'm thinking just another week or two, depending on the growth this week.
What do you think? Anything particular you would like to see. It's just as much as an experiment for you as it is for me.

Awesome. I was thinking it would be cool if you took some close up pics of the cal mag deficiency, that way we can see how it changes over time. If you are adding a Cal/mag additive we might see some interesting results since IIRC calcium is immobile, and magnesium is mobile. Just an idea!

I keep my 1000w HPS bulbs about 19" away from the tops of my plants, so you should be able to get that 400w LED closer. As soon as my SolarStorm 400w is delivered I'm planning on burning some leaves before I get the height set correctly.

It looks like you have about 7" of canopy right now, so you might consider switching to flower pretty soon. From the look of the upper leaves those plants are growing pretty quickly, and after early-flower stretch your LED light might not be able to penetrate far enough to reach the lower branches. Depends on your training technique though... maybe you want to lollipop, or if you're going to scrog you might want to veg more. It's all up to you!

By the way I like your technique of setting up a tape measure. I think I'll have to do that in my journal. :D

Stretch, stretch, stretch. The light has been 19" above the canopy for a little under a week and more and more tops keep appearing. I've been watering a bit less than I have in the past and I've noticed a lot more growth.

Noticed a few little critters in the tent a few days ago. I watered with a caterpillar bomb and no more signs of them. No other issues really. I have plenty of height in the tent left but I still might switch to flower this week, just in case.

Day two of bloom. Babes look like they could use some nutes(Fox Farm). Probably feed in another day or two. Temp of Bloom mode is relatively close to the temperature of Veg mode. Hard to tell with ambient temperature on the decline. Here are some nudes....

Grows coming along pretty well. The fan leaves of the lady on the left, have been dying and falling off fairly quickly within the last week. The nugs and colas still look pretty solid, however. The lady on the right is flourishing and both ladies are starting to get their beautiful smell. Let me know what you think of the lady on the left.

Nice grow-- what's kind of soil do you use? Looks like perhaps too much nutes. id flush it with straight water if i were you ( run water thru soil until it comes out light brown or close to clear). Hard to tell what it is though without knowing your soil and feeding regimen.

Using fox farm trio. They've been fed twice. The next feeding is scheduled for tomorrow. Was going to give them heavy feeding. Should I back off?
