Haven't been able to upload attachments with my posts.
So, this is a test. Seemed to work with photos but can't get it to work with video

Video is out of the question so I will be submitting pictures only. I just went to 12/12 so I thought some pictures of the pre-budding tops would be good to show. My actual canopy is not 3'x4'. I will take pictures as they develop. They are looking strong and healthy.

Are all posts posted. The last few I have posted say they were successful but when I look the next day they aren't there. Is the GFP real for people to look at and judge if these lights are right for them? I doubt this will get posted either..............
Have a good day.

Everything (except video which isn't allowed) appears to have posted and there is nothing in the moderation queue. Are you sure you're not just looking at page 1?

Here we are at almost 2 weeks with the SS400. I am experiencint slight heat issues because my room is so well insulated and air tight. What I did was add a duct fan to suck the heat that comes out of the light exhaust and run that air through a radiator that uses coo water from outside. The lights seems to be doing a great job. Today is day 4 of 12/12. Plants are growing 2+ inches a day. What I have is turning out to be a screen of green measrung 3'x4'. Can't wait to see these finish.
I am attaching recent photos.

I see that you're using a few UFO lights with your SS400, how are you going to gauge which lights did what? So what is your total watts? Did your grow area change too? It's still an interesting journal but it's hard to tell how much is due to the SS and how much is due to the other lighting. The extra lights will certainly help your w/sqft numbers though. ;)

Just checking in. So far I am impressed with the results I am getting with the solar storm 400.
Because my actual grow area is 4'x5' I am using supplemental lighting. Plants directly under the SS400 are growing much better than plants under the 90W UFO's. To properly cover my area I need a total of 4 SS400 lights. Today is day 21 of 12/12. I am actually using only 11 hours of dark (11/13) Buds are forming and looking good especially under the SS400's.
I will attach one pict this time. I will get more picts of the canopy for next time.
Question: Do I use the UV as the buds are forming or wait until aproximatly 4 weeks before finish?

I agree 100%, you would need much more light to properly cover 20 sqft and you'd be much happier with the results.

CLW says the UV should be used for the last 2 weeks but I know people that use it for the last month and a few that use it for most of the flowering time. You might try experimenting and see what works best for you. I see that your screen is filling in which is good. ;)

Good Morning. It hasw been a couple weeks since I have checked in. I am now at week 6 of 12/12. The SS/400 is performing great. Plants are healthy, green, and frosty. I have tested a couple samples and everything as expected. CFL lights work great for growing MJ. I have both sativa and Indica strains. All are doing good. The sativas were an experiment that hasn't worked out the best. Bottom line is if you start with something good is might be better under the CFL lights. Mine are.
Harvest is in 1-2 weeks for the indicas and maybe 3-4 for the sativa.
Here are two picts for now. I know the lights are ezpensive compared to HID or Florensence but if a person plans to grow for years and years then LED is the way to go.
I will check back in next week.
Here are a couple of picts for now.

I don't think you meant to say CFL there... ;)
