Welcome to the forums!

It's not a book, it's a PDF. I don't read many "grow books" anymore but, oddly enough, one of my old clients bought an older version of it and gave me a copy when he hired me for a consult because he didn't think he could build and set it all up. He wanted me to help him do it.

There are a bunch of links to his various affiliate accounts (hydro stores, seed banks, etc) and, of course, he has affiliates pimping his PDF trying to make a buck.

Many of his images are stolen from the web.

Many of his claims are pure BULLSHIT (sales/marketing propaganda).
"It is NOT outdated or rehashed techniques." is actually a claim on his website and there's absolutely nothing in the PDF that a person couldn't learn from any one of a dozen grow forums and some web research. All it is, is a collection of already known information and techniques, some of it outdated and some of it is just wrong.

His "maximum" plant/per size of light data shows that he really doesn't know jack about growing other than things he pulled together from the web.

How can anyone use the term "elite" and suggest using fluorescent lighting for veg?

His data on LED lighting was....questionable (at best) and wrong/dishonest at the worst.

His info on HID wasn't much better. 12 months on a HID bulb based on 18 hours/day? Please...

I could go on and on but I think you get the point. If I replied to everything wrong with it, this post would be nearly as long as the PDF. ;)

Don't waste your money...

There are a lot of variables involved ,do you suggest looking up each one ? Any source for a basic education ?

If the alternative is to believe everything in that PDF, yes.

Growing cannabis (or anything really) is part art and part science and there is no one, single, right way to grow so any source might be good in some areas and bad in others. I often recommend the old Overgrow GrowFAQ as an information source for new growers but even that has a lot of outdated information in it now. At least it's free and not claiming to be things that it's not. How does a new grower know which info is good and which isn't? Research, ask questions and, sometimes, you just have to try it for yourself.
