I'm wondering if a 75/25 or even a 50/50 hybrid would be worth my investment of time and money...don't really know how to answer this question without sampling what I have grown...as there are no dispensaries open in my state yet.

Any thoughts, personal experiences or advice on this topic?

On a separate note, after drying for about 2 weeks, I took the trimmings and fluff from my first three plants (White Rhino, Northern Light Blue and CBD Critical Mass), and put them into mason jars in the freezer in preparation for some winter activities!!

Lo and behold, as I was doing this, a single SEED popped out of the fluff...I have no idea which plant it came from...and I never saw any male flowers in any of the plants at all during harvest...is it possible to have a seed grow absent any male pollen? I know you can find an occasional white false seed, but this is a true seed, well developed....I'm planning on germinating it to see what happens..if it sprouts, then I could tell by the plant when it grows what strain it is...but if I missed a male flower, how exciting a concept that it could be a potential cross between one of these!!!

There are probably more hybrids than pure sativa/indica strains by now. Shop around for something that interests you.

I've seen the occasional rogue seed but I've always chalked it up to hermaphroditism. Guess you'll find out soon... ;)

Time to wrap up this journal a little early!!

So, I had a particularly bad bout with back pain, and had been taking more dilaudid than usual.

I decided to try some of my grow to see how much it would help. I took a little Blueberry (19% THC) and CBD Critical mass (6% THC/6% CBD)...at least as advertised by the breeders.

BB has been in the CVault curing for just 3 weeks, and the CBD Critical Mass has been curing for nearly 5 weeks now.

Both very sweet to taste, and the slow mellow indica body buzz was exactly what I needed. I started with the Blueberry, and found it as good as anything I have ever smoked in my vaporizer. The next day, I tried the CBD, and it was a unique experience with the High CBD...very low buzz, felt relaxed, and for the first time in nearly two years, didn't need any other pain medication!!!

Here is a pic of the Blueberry's top 2 buds! Thank you to CLW for providing me this light in the buyers program! I really am impressed with this light! Thanks for all the help folks, and you SME especially.... I never would have been able to do it without you!

If you find a strain that replaces your opiates, grow more of that. ;)

You did it, my main man, I just helped and, if you want, I'll help in the future too...

Hey All..Happy New Year!

I wanted to post a quick wrap up to this journal...I have had my ladies curing approximately 6-8 weeks now, and have sampled each strain a number of times. I've found for me, I combine Blueberry, Northern Light Blue, and the CBD Critical Mass in equal amounts...grind up together, mix well, and vaporize! A very tasty, effective combination.

I highly recommend high CBD strains to those with pain and or insomnia...it has been very good at minimizing the need for narcotics, for me.

Unfortunately, the White Rhino was a complete loss...It was harvested a full month early, and is simply too bitter to smoke. I am going to try to make hash out of it as a last resort.

Here is a picture of the three main colas...I'm saving them for last, so they should get a nice, long cure on them by the time I get to them!
In order, front to back...Blueberry, Northern Light Blue, and the CBD Critical Mass...
