Happy,
There was so much purple in the top of my plants that when I would look at the trices they would glow purple.

Hey GR,

The other thing I have noticed is the LED throws a redish-purplish tint on things under the scope... That is why I shut off the LED & turn on a T5 to check them....

And still no Amber!

I'd pull one flower, water cure it and test it. 100+ days doesn't make sense for those strains unless the seeds were mislabeled. ;)

Well I got some close-ups....as close as I could get and still get some focus.

Check them out...I tried to size them close to the limit so further zooming might be possible, if needed...

ANY AND ALL OPINIONS.......

As far as clipping a flower or two... The stash was running kinda low....

Last night, out of frustration & desperation, I clipped a few of the lower, wispier, popcorn stalks.... And I ran it in my dehydrator, on the lowest setting, keeping a close eye on it...tried it last night and again this evening. The smoke is a little harsh, but not too bad. The potency is less than what I hoped for, but it does get the job done.

While taking the pic above I scoped a few more places in the grow...buds, leaves, stems...high, low, any place I could get to scope to....and the best I am seeing is 50% cloudy, 50% clear....and amber is still very scarce!!!

I wanna burn these babes....but I don't want to be wishing I had waited another couple of weeks......arrrrrrrr!

Any ideas are welcome...

Well, I see some amber but certainly not as many as I'd expect at 100+ days based on the strains.

The white pistles aren't anything to worry about.

Dehydrator/oven drying is the worst way to sample, heat degrades THC. Was it an up high or a couchlock high?

No, I wasn't worried about them....but isn't that one sign that they are still growing & progressing?? That they are not receding yet?

I've seen white pistles on plants with 60% amber so yes and no. If they were ALL white, mostly white or even a LOT of white, maybe that would be an indicator but not based on what I can see there.

I have never had the patience or growing skills to reach 60% amber... If I could get to 75-100% cloudy I'd chop.....but I am still seeing an awful lot of clear..

I just want it to be the best it can be.... If the restart with AK doesn't prove give more reasonable results I'm getting some different genetics!!

Again, how was the high when you tested? Up or couchlock?

I would say it is definitely a head high...an up. No where close to any couchlock...
