New seeds? *perk* What did you get? The Dieselrella? Anything else? :D

Of course your skills (and patience) are improving. The more experience you get the better you will get, assuming that you actually learn from your prior mistakes and don't just keep doing the same things every grow. You, obviously, have been learning too. With a 120 day strain you *should* get a monster yield.

Pics? ;)

I am really hoping & expecting better results from the AK restart...but if not, I did get the Dieselrella to try. Since reading about Cindy99 I have been curious...and we got ahold of some NYC Diesel a ways back & my son really liked the taste & the creeper effect from it...so the Dieselrella seemed like a good choice...

The forever strain is on day 114!!! I see some more buds that need to be clipped, due to the dying leaves...I am also noticing that white pistels are becoming quite rare...but the trics haen't changed much, still close to 50/50 & very little amber. So I am gonna clip what looks like it is dying, & give the rest the 120 days...just to see...

Hey Happy,

Wow, 120 days...you sure are patient! I've been following this along, and it does seem like you have covered all the bases, and really may have had some weird genetic anomaly....I was wondering if maybe looking with a higher magnification may help, but then I saw this pictures you posted, and then you tried the smoke test..

What are you going to do on day 120? Chop it all, or pick and choose key buds?

Hey ICB...
Well I have been clipping because a lot of the buds had brown leaves....way past yellow... So there will be even less by day 120...I don't want it going past it's prime...whatever that is!

Whatever this strain is, it is the same as the previous grow. Current grow is already better than last...but it isn't as good as I have been wanting/expecting. It will give ya a good buzz, but it won't put you in a chair or couch....and no way it will get me to the moon! LOL

The girls that look like they are dying will get chopped this weekend, those that still show any potential I will let go the distance....just because I would like to see amber trics...just for the experience! I haven't grown that much, but I have never seen more than a couple of amber trics scattered around...I would love to see a concentration of them. On my plants...lol

But I think I have wasted enough time with this strain...so on day 120 I intend to introduce the remaining plants to the Fiskers...I think my patience has shown great improvement!!!

Not much changing with the girls...just there is less of them. The first clipped buds were ready for jars & more got clipped to hang.

Either way I guess that's progress. ;)

What's left to harvest?

Well, I will be glad to have some smoke back in the jars and be done with this strain.....

For the most part I have been chopping from the top down....so most of the mid-lower buds remain...and I did let a few of the tops towards the corners of the grow remain.

Checked trics before the lights went out tonight...and not much change....as disappointed as it makes me, I think this is as good as this strain gets...but I will give the rest until day 120...which I believe will be this coming Friday...

Day 119!!! This morning I drained the Aeroflo and refilled with plain ole tap water. I also pulled the plug on the lights.

Plan is to let them flush and leave them in the dark until Saturday morning, then they will be chopped....

The restart girls are doing great! Each of the two little ones, as well as the one flowering, have all been put into individual 5 gallon DWC buckets. The little ones are now around 5-6"....and the flowering girl is still less than 12".

Hopefully get some pics this evening...

Round two netted another 3 full jars...then I decided to clip the remaining girls....

I clipped, trimmed & hung ALL weekend.....and I am still not done!

But I can think of worse problems to have...hahahaha

Congrats Happy!

Just think, now all you have to do is be patient and take your time drying and then curing these ladies!!

Gardening seems to be a lot like fishing...only those who are patient are rewarded!!
