How long did it take for you guys to hear a response from CLW about the GFP? I've been trying to contact them for a week to no avail. I have a few questions for them about the GFP and their lights, but I haven't received a response even acknowledging that they've seen the message. (sent to info@californialightworks.com) I have a few projects that are time sensitive so I need to clear things up sooner than later. Don't want it to sound like i'm hating on them, because i'm not. I'd just like to know other people's experiences with their customer service.
CLW used to reply to emails and phone calls pretty quick but probably not on weekends. They also sometimes travel to trade shows so they could be traveling. If you're in a hurry, you can get their phone number off of their website. You can always ask here and we'll share what we know....IF we know.

Thanks! it was about seven days ago that I sent it, but I figure that they're probably busy right now. I heard they are releasing the updated models of their lights tomorrow, so they've probably been dealing with that the past couple of weeks. I think i'll just give them a call tomorrow.

I've been meaning to post a follow up to this thread for a couple days, just kept slipping my mind. I got in touch with Brandon from CLW last week, and he was able to answer some of my questions. I'm hoping to hear back soon about being accepted as part of the Grower Feedback Program with a 220w Full Cycle Solar Flare.
