Some indicas maybe but the way to make purple plants turn purple isn't necessarily cooler daytime temps, it's 10-15F drops in the night temps. Cooler temps can stunt growth and there is a theory (that hasn't been tested enough imho) that higher temps under LED might increase yield.

We had some autogrow journals here I think. I don't think they were big yielders but it could have been the genetics or the grower.

Actually, 2 SS400w (440w is basically the same) should work better in a square tent than just 1. With two you can go to a 3x3/3x4 and have a lot of w/sqft. I wouldn't go as big as a full 4x4 though...

I kinda figured that 2 would be better and have been thinking about it for a while now. I just wasnt sure if adding a 440w with a 400w in a 3x3 tent would make one side of the tent grow bigger or faster lol.... who knows .. i might end up grabbing a 880w instead.. lol...

No, it's only 8 more diodes and the actual draw is the same. I doubt you'd notice a difference.

Both plants are looking happy and smelling oh so good too!!! This is the start of week 7 for the FF feeding chart. Also there is the pics of the Start of my Red Poison autos! kinda surprised still at the SF110w. Not bad little unit! The pics are kinda crappy. Ill try get better ones later! Nice...

In a full 3x3 tent that's about 73w/sqft; if they don't get too tall and you keep them happy then you should have exceptional results. :D

Well thats what i am hoping for! the OG is growing but there both at a very slow rate. Now with a little power behind them or above them maybe they will sput up a bit! Berry is starting to stretch and flower so shes getting the full 440w my guess is shes going to go 8-9 weeks . i wanted more light in the tent because in another 2-3 weeks the 3 autos will get moved in there as well.
