Plants can go 80 even without added CO2 and 95 might be a bit high for many strains so I'd say 85-90 is closer to where I'd want to be. Some strains won't tolerate 95F
With higher daytime temps you can also increase the nighttime differential to 10-15F, imho.
While the lights are on you don't need air-exchange if you maintain RH and temps and that's another good reason to veg 24/0. During flower, with lights off, there's no benefit of using CO2 so you might as well turn it off. I'd purge to help the roots get the oxygen they need. CO2 is for leaves, O is for roots.
