Thanks Rocky,

Yes I looked it up, should be much better than the dry products I am using.

Today at 4:20 I harvested the WW, I only cut 7 of the 8 mainline cola's, left the last cola and the side branches for a few more days in the cabinet. Now they can get more light and maybe fatten up some more.

The two CC/BBGA's now have more room in the cabinet to finish. Max time three more weeks, probable two, as I want a head high not a couch lock high. Of course I love those also. LOL

:o Those mainlined colas look so awesome! They're so chunky, and they all look the same.

And the time that you harvested... I also like the 2 phase harvest process.

Great work.

Thanks MC,

I harvested last spring on 4/20 @ 4:20PM, even woke up and had a bowl at 4:20AM to start the
day. ;)

I will post the complete harvest when all is ready.

I am not happy with what I expect to be the final weight on the WW, going by my last grow. The CC/BBGA #3 and 5 I have no idea what to expect as far as weight.

Hey GR...those colas are magnificent my brother!! Absolute beauties...you are a master!

Look forward to trying it sometime, but to be honest, I don't know if I could wait too long for the vegging process (I think I vaporize too much !! )

How much more time do you think it takes you now? I'm averaging 37-45 days of vegging now as a comparison...(counting from the day they break the surface)..

Thanks!

Thanks Curt,

From seed, the WW and CC/BBGA were 9 weeks of veg, but that was only 7 weeks from going into final growing pot and training. Then there was 7 weeks in flower for the WW, I only harvest just over half the plant, most all colas but left the side growth, will harvest that this weekend. The CC/BBGA's have a couple of weeks left, that is if I can get a handle on the pH problems I have had. One seems to be responding to treatment but the other is just sort of sitting there.
I think this is going to be a light grow, maybe 5 to 6 zips. ????????
Later,

Harvested the remainder of the WW Sunday. Hanging to dry now.
Have spread opened both of the CC/BBGA's under the light now all bud sites are getting nice light. In reading up on the parents of this cross, Female Cotton Candy and Male Blackberry/Grape Ape, they all say 9 to 11 weeks of flower, I am at 8 weeks and one day. I plan on monitoring the trichomes on both plants and harvest the first one to show 10 percent plus amber. I expect to see that sometimes this weekend at 9 weeks. I will then let the other go toward the 10th week and evaluate the trichomes at that time for 25 to 35% amber.
I can tell exactly when the pH went south by where the most damage occurred on each cola. I have removed and large number of pH damage leaves. They both seem to have responded well to the multiple flushing I gave them and the change of nutes. But I have raised the level of the ph to 6.2 going in but the rinsate is still coming out 5.5 and below, even with straight pH'ed rainwater. Tomorrow I will flood flush them again with 6.2 pH'ed water again until I get a reading of 5.8 to 6.0 coming from the rinsate. Hell I want to shut the water off to the first one at least three days before I chop her. They are still drinking a lot, they empty the reservoir in the bottom of my Hempy buckets in a day. That is between 6 and 7 cups/day depending on how dry the coir is when I water. They are getting fatter and fatter.

The first 3 are CC/BBGA #3, this plant had the lesser of the damage cause by the out of control pH. Her pistils are still mostly white and plentiful, so much so they almost look slimy. Oh the are not slimy but very heavy in trichomes. The trichs are mostly clear.

Two pictures of CC/BBGA #5, she had the most damage from the pH problem. She has many more reddish pistils but still very large quantities of clear trichomes and no amber.

GR

Oh this will be my last post on this grow here, I have switched over to a HPS.
I do like the SS400 and have had two good grows with it. I will be using it in my next grow which I have started. When these plants are out of the cabinet I will move my next plant in and finish veg with the SS400, then when I go 12/12 I want to use both the LED and the HPS for the flower. I will still be posting on the Mainline forum and the World of Hempy at Rollitup.org
I hope it's ok for me to say that, if not sorry SME.

Why the switch. Cost up front is barrier to LED but after that is when we reap benefit. You got good results. Your setup is stable. Why switch? :?:

Hey Rocky,

Thanks bud, yes it's GR865, post in Subcool's Mainline thread, World of Hempy, and Coco Growers Unite, LOL, them folks are serious about their coir.

If you don't mind I will send you a message, I have a few questions you probably can help me with.

Peace out,
