That's a start, those 4 definitely need more light. If you can bring the CFL down closer, I would.

You'll also have to deal with the "2-in-1" peatpot soon. If you want to wait a couple of days to see which looks stronger, fine, but if you don't separate them (before the roots get impossibly tangled) or kill one they'll both suffer. trying to separate them could kill one or both too, so it's up to you.
A small fan gently blowing on them will help strengthen their stems too...

Yep. Have a fan in there. Not sure what to do with the 2 in 1 yet but I'll see about separating them. Next I need to really engineer my nft. Used rain gutter originally but, according to a friend that tried the same thing, the plants fall over once they her bigger. So I'm switching to either 4 or 6" PVC and cutting holes for the net pots.
If you're still set on NFT; search lowes.com for this:
4-3/4" x 4-3/4" x 98" Vinyl - Item #: 37994 | Model #: 73002138
Square is easier to work with than round, although you may need more supports to prevent sagging than thick-wall pipe.

Glad to help, if I were doing NFT on a budget, that's what I would use too. Be sure to watch for sagging and add enough supports to prevent it.
(maybe we should have these "advice" posts moved to your other thread to keep your grow journal cleaner?)
