Great job man. Really! A lot o people dont make it past the first week in hydro. Once they get going, you're gonna shit in the difference between hydro, and dirt, and as I did, wonder what took so long to switch. Plus I believe you told me you live in apt., and hydro is a lot less conspicuous. (not carry bags of dirt in and out) Ive also got flowers and berries out side, so my neighbors just think I like gardening. It also gives me a great place to dump my res changes, and they think Im just watering my plants. Not to mention the plants love it. h

Thanks for info! Heres some pics of the ladies in the buckets. The one with the yellow is the Superbud strain. The yellow is the Cotyledons so nothing to worry about. If you look close it has its 2nd set of leaves about popped out. Whats odd though is the leaves are odd shaped but very green so I am not worried. Never grew a Greenhouse Seeds Superbud so not worried.

Last night I changed the water in the Superbud and about 450 ppm I think. The others I will change the water tonight and add some nutes to the water. I been putting in 10ml per gallon Hydrogen Peroxide...does that sound right? I have this fear in my head that all of this will turn into a giant alge fest LOL. I know it won't but its my primary concern. I also read that every other day or day it should be added as it breaks down in the water?

There looking good bro. Be careful with the h2o2, its great for sterilizing and promoting root growth, but reeks havoc with your nutes. It actually kills a lot of benificial stuff. When I use it , is usually 24 hrs before a res change. That way it does its job, then its gone. Could even have something to do with the yellowing. Really if your using it to promote root growth, youd be a lot better off buying a nute that does it. h

Thanks for the tip! I shall do so. I saw a few products that promoted that. Good idea!...but I think if I change the water regularly I should be ok??

If your changing that often, they may have a chance to eat before the benificials die. I personally only use it if Im having some sort of problem, and even then I only use it for 24hrs.

So are you completely changing them every day? h

So are you topping up with nuted water? Cause that can send your ec's through the roof. I mix up the res water to desired ec, and ph, at the beginning of each week. Then only add plain water the rest of the week. If you adding nuted water every day your gonna run into serious problems. They dont eat as much as they drink, so if you add nuted water it will start multiplying the ec, and eventually death. h

Haven't had a need to top with water. The oldest plant I planted on Jan 28th. THere all growing as you can tell from the pics but no roots popping out yet. I think thats because i planted them shallow. I take my syringe I use to measure nutes suck up some and been watering around the plant.

Ive only changed the water once...that was last night for all of them. THe oldest I put low nuted water others just ph balanced water. When I change again I will add low nuted water.
