Eventually watering with acidic water will lower the pH of the soil mix but if you water too much you risk starving the roots of the needed oxygen too. How often depends on the soil drainage so you'll have to be the judge there. You could transplant with a properly pH'd mix and then you won't have to worry about watering with pH 5 water, they are fragile still so be gentle.
