Best wavelenghts?

I would like to build up some prototype of GRW LEDs light using the stocks from my Uncle. Is there somebody can help me in find with are the best wavelengths to build up 3 different prototype: 1 full cycle, 1 veg, 1 bloom. I'm thinking to realize 3 prototype about 200/250 Watts each using high power 3 w led chips. Somebody want to help me in avoid stupid chooses? Thanks, Andrea
