Sunshine Systems...Out of business?

Does anyone know what is going on with Sunshine Systems LLC. They make the GlowPanel 45 among other lights and it seems they have disconnected their phones.
I had to send two GlowPanel 45 lights back to them for warranty repair back in Feb. and have not been able to contact them since. First my calls and emails went unanswered and now, as of yesterday the 20th, their phones are no longer in service.
I guess this means they went out of business and my lights are gone forever.
This is really not suprising to me since I have four of those lights and three of them have gone bad...terrible failure rate and if my experience is any indication then....
I know I can not be the only person in this situation so I thought I would ask around.
