17x6 custom grow room. Wanting to switch to Led

Just finished my custom growroom. Its 17x6x7.4 ft tall. Framed, sheet rocked, insulated, you name it. I have a little experience with Leds as ive been using a 240 blackstar and a small Pro Glowpanel for mostly supplimental lighting or in a 3x3 veg tent for the last year. I have been amazed on how well the plants seem grow and be so healthy under the led. I have never actually grown under it from start to finish though. What I want to do is maxamize yield for the space I have but im mainly going for quality. As you know with hid lighting there are always temp problems, especially in the summer. Right now im running 2 1000w hids with hps abd mh bulbs and 1 240w led. I have co2 and the room is mostly sealed until my small intake fan comes on when the co2 is off. I run a 440 cfm 6 inch exhaust fan that on one side that pulls through the filter on the other side and cools the lights at the same time. Since I've ran this set up temps are really not an issue as much as my electricity bill, but I will have to add another light soon as this theres not enough light for this large of a space. So any suggestions on set up would be great. Im limited on income right now so I would probably have to sell a few of my hid set ups to pay for an led. I would like as close to as complete light coverage as possible. The only space taken up in the room is about 24 inch by 12 inch plastic walmart shelf that has all my ballasts and stuff but I guess that would go away since leds dont have them. I also have a 9k btu ac unit. I will post pics later if it helps. Thanks

Pictures definitely help. :D

It's an odd shape for a grow room, almost like a shipping container or a commercial trailer. You still have a lot of options and none that I'd suggest would take up the whole space.

Are you planning on growing from seed/clone to flower, just flowering in this room or does it need to be divided?

If your 9k btu (small) portable AC unit cant handle your summer grow you need to add another or replace it with something better. I guess some season/geographical info might help. How hot is hot there?

I plan on going from seed/clone all the way through flower. The weird dimensions of my grow room is due to the fact it was added on to the side of my house in the backyard. It was all the space I had available, lol. I live in Northern Ca. so it gets pretty hot. My room is insulated so it handles temps pretty well. I haven't really had to use the ac much except in early Sept when we had a few 100+ days and I only needed it for a 1/2 hr or so a few times a day. Right now my temps are 70-75 with lights off and 75-80 with lights on and no AC. When it gets colder since the floor is concrete I will probably seal up the intake and just run an exhaust to raise temps a little. I figure with all leds it will probably lower the temps. quite a bit too?

There is an "Upload attachment" tab below the post text box. Pictures should be under 1 meg and resized (about 800pixels) to better fit the forum. Apple product users might need to install a 3rd party web browser like firefox or chrome.
