It will be fun to see the differences and similarities, between the lights and it will be a much better use of the space in the tent.
roughly 300 watts of HPS (600 HPS setup @ 50%) <--- do you think that is a fair comparison? I also have 75% setting around 450 watts or full?
There was no ducting because I was lazy. haha! and the temps got high...
now that I have it set up so there is positive pressure on the hood and insulated duct on the output the temps are only 2-3 deg higher than before.
carbon filter --> vortex fan --> flex duct --> hood --> insulated duct --> out
