nice looking plants so far!
i've never grown from seed and i have a question. after you flip to 12/12, how long does it generally take to determine sex especially males?

did you end up buying a second light or just a light mover? or both? i was always curious if those light movers work as well as advertised.

RKY

Dude those light movers are awesome. They work very well. I got a second light and a mover. There is no need to LST or supercrop. The side coverage is amazing. They are quiet and efficient

The males showed themselves about 10 days after I switched. They grew half a foot overnight and had balls everywhere. Easy to spot though

Just checking in again. I am around week 8 now. Plants are doing well. Azamax has taken care of the few mites I had found. There are LOTS of bud sites on these girls. Gonna be a spectacular harvest. Only a few more weeks...

Wait!!!!!!!
Get a scope. Watch the trichones (20% amber)
Patience is a virtue. 1/3 of weight is in last 3 weeks. 8-)

The amount of amber trichomes preferred is a matter of personal taste but patience is still the key.

I plan on being patient. I don't mind waiting, I said weeks, not days! The lights are definitely holding their own against the HID's. Just turned on the UVBs, hoping for a higher trichome potency now. Just about done with nutrients, just water from now on. I am rather curious though, I have a bit of interveinal chlorosis on only three plants. I dunno what caused it. Leaves are bending all sorts of different ways, yellowing throughout the veins, spreading to the rest of the leaves. It is affecting all the leaves, ending in a rust colored necrosis of the leaf. I am at a loss...Suggestions? Also, do you guys do a full one-time harvest, or harvest each individual bud sites as they mature? Here are a few pictures of the girls..

As you get closer to the finish of a cycle the plants will give their all to the budding process. This uses the fan leaves as the fuel. They do have a tendency to yellow and drop as the plant uses them up. Don't panic, We ain't raising leaves. 8-)

Without pictures in normal lighting it's hard to say.

I'm lazy so I harvest all at once. ;)

I think the yellowing issue is related to the lack of nutrients. As you are giving the plants less nutes getting ready to flush, the plant will start "feeding" upon itself to try to get back those nutes it needs. I've read N is the first to be used up from the leaves because you usually have a lower N in your flower nutes anyway. Not sure if any or all of that is true but it kinda makes sense to me.

How close are you to finish? Weeks or days?

He said he was 3 weeks out and just starting his flush (too long of a flush too, imho) so I'd still want to see pictures before diagnosing.
