So these 2 leaves came off the same plant. The plant isnt showing anymore signs of this that i can see. Nor is the other plant that sits right beside it.

Were those two leaves laying directly on the soil/medium? Do you foliar feed? We need to know all of the details of your system to help figure out what's causing it. Temps, pH, food, humidity, light schedule, grow style and age? When troubleshooting always check the basics... ;)

sure not a problem !

The age of the plant has just started its 4 week in veg. PH Levels have been 6.5 with a very slight drop 2 days ago to 6. Ive only used distilled water through that whole grow as well.
The temps stay very consistent on a 18/6 scheduled with the CLW SS 400w at 12 inches above. ( Side note i just moved them up to 18 " )

Room temp stays very consistent between 71 f to 77 f during the off light hours the temp is usually around 64 f Humdity is at 78-81 % with a drop to 77 % durning there off light hours.

For food. Well the medium is FFOF and the food is everything that Fox Farm makes. Including the Bushdoctor line too. Also the watering schedual i ve only been watering 1 a week cause the medium has stayed pretty good for moisture and ive had comment on another site that it looks like they have been over watered. Which in my opinion. I dont think so ... otherwise i would be only watering them once almost ever 2 weeks.

Like i had said before these are the only 2 leaves on the whole plant that have done this. Otherwise the plant looks and seems to be very healthy. I am just curious what caused this. Now the last question... Were they in the dirt. That is a maybe if i think back i thought that it was these two that i remembered seeing laying on the bottom when the plant first started to grow. I removed them and they were pretty much half way up the plant

You generally don't have to cut them off just because of a little damage, BTW... ;)

It looks like nute burn from laying in contact with the soil but I also see more spots forming that hadn't gotten as bad yet. Keep an eye on them and see if it keeps progressing or if it was really limited to those two leaves.

Time will tell... :D

hey 9and5,

i'm not a dirt farmer but in my hydro setup, i used to have to add cal/mag when I was using RO water only. luckily our well water is pretty good and i started mixing 1/2 and 1/2 RO and well and don't have to use cal/mag anymore. one less thing to worry about.

i was also curious why you run 18/6 for veg and not 24/0? it's not wrong but you are losing 6 potential hours of vegetative growth per day. and the plant can handle 24/0 without any issues. it doesn't need any rest time during veg.

good luck with flowering. keep the pix coming.
