LED Grow Light Forum

im a bit late getting this started but light is here and works well so far . im using 707 soil. im thinking this will be all i use just tosee how the light does. i planned on traning them but dew to the time constraints i have decided to leave them and bud at one foot. i will say that ileft them under the light for about a week in red cups before transplant andthe root system looked amazing, bright white and hairy. they are now in gallon pots which ihope to finish them in. pics to come. have had trouble posting from my phone hence the dely. happy growing and remember this is the plant for the healing of the nations that we have the pleasure of caring for....... peace and blessings

I have had a lot of problems trying to use my phone which is unfortunate. I don't have the internet at my residence hence to length between post. I am glad to report that the grow is going very well. I switched to flower a little over a week ago and they seem to be doing great. I was hoping to do a side by side with a hps 600 but it didn't finish in time so the ss400 is going solo but i will be keeping the light for sure. The root growth with the leds is amazing. The roots are very white and harry. I will try to get some pictures up at some point but the only camera i have is on my phone so it has made it difficult. worst off i will at least get finished product pics. I my come close to g per w. ive packed them in and did lst. I started flowering when i tallest hit 1ft and have packed 20+ under the light rotating the plants on the outside (tallest on the outside). I really like the fact that even with the thickness of the canopy there is light getting through to the bottoms showing on the top soil!!! I have really high hopes for led tech. I think i will be converting to all led if all goes well with this grow. once again im sorry for the length of time between post i will do my best to try and get them in weekly if at all possible.
