Flickering sounds like a ballast problem. Definatley give them a call. This is a company who stands behind there products.

Quick update ! I ended up replacing both bulbs and seems to have issues as of yet.. I didnt get a hold of CLW cause calling from Canada seems to be a pain in the ass! lol
