RKYMTNMAN's getting dirty

Hi Folks,
I'm gonna try 2 plants in dirt as a change of pace from my RDWC setup. I started 3 Aurora Indica feminized seeds around May 18th. It was more of a test to see if I could get some seeds going and now I've got 3 plants that I wasn't sure what to do with them. All 3 have been in the outdoor greenhouse since around May 28th. I'm going to leave one in the greenhouse and see how it does. The other 2 I brought in to my grow room a few days ago and put under 24/0 with the SS400. I'm going to use LED for most if not all the grow. We tend to get short power blips because of afternoon storms in the summer and I like that the LED can turn right back on and not have to wait to cool down like HID"S.
So far just watering with well water or well water with AgeOldOrganics Fish and Seaweed liquid ferts. They are in 10gal smart pots with a potting soil/perlite mix.
Not sure why one is much bigger than the other? Maybe they weren't getting equal sun in the greenhouse?
Here are a few pics.
